Monica Horan (born January 29, 1963 in Darby, Pennsylvania) is an American actress best known for her role
as Amy MacDougall Barone on the television sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. Horan graduated from Hofstra
University with a degree in theater performance. She then moved to New York City where she performed in off
Broadway theatre while working as a telephone sales agent for Telecharge. Monica currently lives in Los
Angeles with her husband Philip Rosenthal, who served as executive producer of Raymond, and with her two
children.
Monica Horan's television credits include a recurring role in "General Hospital" and guest appearances in "L.A.
Law," "In Living Color," "Down the Shore," "In the House" and "Coach."
