Last year’s film festival was a success with a full capacity audience of 400 mostly youth, every day, for 2 weeks.  We were also very
pleased with the rural areas screenings that touched on many but crucial issues affecting the population, such as poverty, HIV/AIDS
and trauma. The film festival was a success under the umbrella of Rwanda Cinema Center but indeed because of your support.

As we get close to next year’s Rwanda Film Festival,
March 16th through March 30th, 2007, we come to you again, our supporters.

Rwanda Cinema Center is an organization empowering the youth through filmmaking. We want them to have a voice but also to
create programs that matter to them, told from their own perspective. We would like to support the art of cinema and the film
industry in Rwanda by providing an educational and entertaining environment for film enthusiasts and industry professionals.

Rwanda Cinema Center was created to facilitate through film and video production, delivery of informative entertaining and educative
content; to explore a wide spectrum of issues and raise awareness on local and global development agendas; community
outreaches, socio-cultural, political and economic development.

The 2nd Rwanda Film Festival turned out to be a success with over 80 films screened and 30 different countries around the world
represented by the Directors, Producers and Actors.  The theme and crowd continue to focus on the youth and once again they did
not disappoint us, as they came in number.  We also had a children program this year, called
"Carte Blanche", where we screened
cartoons films with topics that addressed kids issues.

Our highlight however, was the
Hillywood program, which takes us in the Hills of Rwanda. We screened the films by the Rwandan
youth, at 7 regions of the country, covering all 4 districts. With an average of 1,000 at each screening, in stadiums, using our new
acquired
inflatable screens, we were able to really pass the message and interact with the population, even under heavy rains at
times. The overall request, was that we should visit them more often instead of once a year during the Festival.

We want to once again, thank our supporters and well wishers, for another year of excitement and exposure to the world.

We look forward to seeing you in March this year 2007
